अपनी गलतियों से कैसे सीखें? (How to learn from your mistakes?)

 

 नमस्कार दोस्तों

मै पासी मेरे नए ब्लॉग और मेरी नई कहानी में आपका स्वागत है। आज मै आपके लिए एक ऐसी कहानी लेकर आया हूं जिसे पड़ने के बाद आप हमेशा अपनी गलतियों को सुधारेंगे और उनसे से कुछ न कुछ जरूर सीखेंगे। चलिए बिना देर करते हुए कहानी को शुरु करते है। 

 अपनी गलतियों से कैसे सीखें?

(How to learn from your mistakes?)

एक बार की बात है एक बहुत बड़ी कंपनी थी। उसके जो President थे वो रिटायर हो रहे होते है। नए President जब आते है तो पुराने वाले President नए President को दो लिफाफे देकर जाते है और साथ ही ये भी कहते की अगर कल को कोई भी दिक्कत आये तो इन लिफाफों को खोल लेना। इनमें तुम्हे solution मिल जाएगा। कंपनी में सब कुछ सही चल रहा होता है। कुछ दिनों बाद कंपनी में दिक्कत आती है। तो नए President अपने केबिन में रखे हुए लिफाफे जो पुराने President ने उन्हें दिए थे। उनमें से  पहला लिफाफा खोलते है तो उसमें लिखा होता है की जो भी गलती हुई  है जो भी दिक्कत हुई है उसका सारा दोष पुराने वालो पर मड़ दो। (दोष
पुराने वालो पर डाल दो ) नए President अपने केबिन से बहार आते है। और कहते है की जो भी गलती हुई है उसके लिए पुराने वाले ज़िम्मेदार है कम्पनी वाले मान लेते है। कुछ दिनों बाद कम्पनी में फिर से दिक्कत

आती है। तो नए President से पूछा जाता है। तो नए President अपने केबिन में जाते है और जाकर के पुराने  President का दिया हुआ लिफाफा खोलते है तो उसमे लिखा होता है की अब तुम्हारा टाइम खत्म हो गया है। अब दो नए लिफ़ाफ़े आने वाले के लिए तैयार कर दो।  

ये छोटी सी कहानी हमें हमारी ज़िंदगी में बहुत बड़ी बात सिखाती है। अपनी गलतियों को सुधारें और उनसे सीखे! उनका दोष किसी दूसरे पर न डाले। क्योंकि अगर आप अपनी गलतियों से नहीं सीखेंगे तो आपकी गलतियां आपको खत्म कर देंगी।

Once upon a time there was a very big company. The president who was him is retiring. When the new President comes, the old President gives two envelopes to the new President and also says that if there is any problem tomorrow, then open these envelopes. In these you will get the solution. Everything is going well in the company. After a few days there is a problem in the company. So the new President kept the envelopes in his cabin which the old President had given him. When the first of them opens the envelope, it is written in it that whatever mistake has happened, put all the blame on the old ones. The new President comes out of his cabin. And it is said that the old ones are responsible

for whatever mistake has happened, the company's people accept it. After a few days the problem again in the company Comes. So the new President is asked. So the new President goes to his cabin and after going and opening the envelope given to the old President, it is written in it that now your time is over. Now prepare two new envelopes for the ones to come.

 

This small story teaches us a lot in our life. Correct your mistakes and learn from them! Don't put the blame on anyone else. Because if you don't learn from your mistakes then your mistakes will destroy you.
